Low-speed electric vehicles (LSVs) and neighborhood electric vehicles (NEVs) form a unique category of electric transportation. They offer a convenient solution in certain scenarios but are subject to specific speed limitations.

Speed Limitations:
NEVs and LSVs typically have a maximum speed limited to 25 miles per hour (approximately 40 kilometers per hour).
